and delivery of products. Support requires proactive professional willing and able to provide quick, detailed responses to all inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Answering customer support inquiries related to order process
- Track frequent support issues and help escalate those common problems
to improve order process
- Perform and complete other customer-related support tasks
